Failure to provide required materials may extend project timelines.
Revisions & Scope

Additional revisions, new requests, or expanded functionality outside the original scope will be billed separately.
We will notify the client before any extra charges are applied.
Limitation of Liability
Elixa Labs is not responsible for:
• Website downtime due to third-party hosting or platform issues
• Losses resulting from user errors, platform outages, or external integrations
• Business, revenue, or data loss resulting from website usage
• Any content clients upload to their own site or third-party systems
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific project.
Third-Party Tools & Integrations
Our work may include integrations with tools such as Wix, Webflow, Google Cloud, AI systems, APIs, or third-party plugins.
We do not control these platforms and cannot guarantee their long-term availability, pricing, or performance.
Clients assume responsibility for maintaining accounts and subscriptions required by third-party services.
Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate or decline a project if:
• A client violates these Terms
• Communication becomes unreasonably delayed
• Requested work involves illegal or unethical activity
Clients will be billed for all completed work up to the termination date.
Privacy & Data Usage
We collect basic analytical and operational data to improve our services.
We do not sell or share client data with third parties, except when necessary to provide services (e.g., web hosting providers).
